We are looking to expand our team by hiring a Store Manager. You will join a team of professional sales staff with extensive industry experience, directly contributing to the group's growth. If you are a motivated, professional individual with strong problem-solving skills and eager to grow professionally within one of the most powerful local telecommunications groups, you are the person we are looking for—join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Organization and planning of the point-of-sale (POS) staff. * Control and supervision of inventory for products related to POS activities. * Ensure compliance with the company's established POS visual identity standards. * Ensure proper implementation of marketing and communication campaigns at the POS. * Attend meetings related to commercial activities and training sessions organized by the company. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with and execution of all company-defined processes, policies, and procedures. * Responsible for achieving the commercial objectives of their team and the POS. * Customer service and sales. * Prospecting, managing, and tracking customer portfolios. * Post-sales management. * Reporting on commercial activity and performance. * Ensure proper execution of the commercial, sales, and post-sales processes by their team. * Management of the store’s human resources. * Responsible for administrative management of the POS. **Requirements:** * Minimum required experience as a store sales representative. * Sales-related education is valued. * Experience in the telecommunications sector is valued. * Must reside in Málaga. * Fluent spoken English is mandatory. **We Offer:** * Permanent full-time contract. * Company vehicle. * Fixed salary plus variable compensation based on achievement of objectives. * Flexible Compensation Benefits (e.g., meal vouchers, public transport allowances, etc.). * Opportunity to join a company undergoing rapid growth.
