




Job Summary: We are seeking a vocation-driven nurse for a residential care center to assess, monitor, and administer care—including palliative care—provide moral and psychological support, and supervise auxiliary staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commitment to service and comprehensive support for residents. 2. Full management of nursing and palliative care. 3. Supervision of auxiliary staff and family support. We seek a nursing professional with a vocation for residential care. Duties include assessment and monitoring of nursing care for residents, administration of prescribed medication, and wound dressings. The role also includes provision of palliative care, including administration of morphine, validation of the resident’s overall care plan, and documentation of their clinical progression in the medical record. The professional will provide moral and psychological support to residents and address family inquiries, as well as supervise auxiliary staff tasks. INR measurement and monitoring, laboratory tests, and necessary dosage adjustments will be performed. A permanent, full-time contract is offered with rotating 12-hour shifts. * Nursing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. * Prior experience in socio-healthcare, hospital, or residential settings is desirable. * Additional training in gender equality or gerontology will be viewed favorably.
