Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced accountant to join a finance department, responsible for reviewing documents, entering data into SAGE X3, managing payments, and ensuring confidentiality. We are looking for a candidate with accounting experience to collaborate with a finance department in Málaga. Main responsibilities include reviewing the correct accounting classification of documents and categorizing them according to cost centers. The role also involves accurately entering data and text into the accounting software SAGE X3, as well as managing supplier payments and other corporate obligations. Additionally, the candidate will prepare corresponding payment receipts and transmit documentation electronically, always ensuring information confidentiality. A minimum of two years’ prior experience in similar positions is required, along with up-to-date accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAGE X3 software and understanding of integrated management system procedures are essential. Proactivity, teamwork, prudence, and integrity will be valued. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, including a lunch break, and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00\. A temporary contract is offered, along with a positive work environment.
