At CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS, we are looking for a young professional to join the team of the MOLINA LARIO hotel located in the heart of Málaga as a 2nd MAÎTRE \- SOMMELIER. The main responsibilities include: Supporting the Maître in organizing and supervising the dining room service; managing and updating the wine and beverage list; advising customers on wine selection and food pairings; monitoring cellar stock, orders, and inventories; supervising service standards, protocols, and customer care; training and mentoring the dining room team on wines and service; coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service; resolving service-related incidents with a customer-oriented approach. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a sommelier in a restaurant setting.• Advanced English \+ Other languages are an asset.• Outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation and good presence; dynamic and organized individual.• Customer-focused attitude and positive mindset.• Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team.• Education in hospitality. ### **Offered** OFFERED• 40-hour weekly contract, afternoon shift.• Competitive salary.• Young and dynamic working environment.
