RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare, mobilize, operate, and dismantle specialized lifting and transport equipment. \- Perform lifting and transport activities according to project requirements. \- Collaborate with colleagues and maintain communication with clients on-site. \- Inspect and maintain equipment and materials. \- Work in accordance with the highest safety and quality standards. \- Be flexible and available for temporary international assignments within Europe. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed technical education or willingness to obtain one. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position or industry. * Commitment to workplace safety and experience in a project-based operational environment. * Basic knowledge of mathematics, hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical diagrams is desirable. * Fluent level of English, both spoken and written. * Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in dynamic situations.
