We have **references at over 160 airports distributed across more than 40 countries on the five continents**. **Job Description:** --------------------------- AERTEC seeks to hire **four technical profiles** for the **Warehouse Management and Maintenance Performance Indicators Control** project at the **Palma de Mallorca Airport**. The selected candidate will join the **Airport Operations and Maintenance** team, participating in coordination and control of maintenance activities, stock management, and service performance indicator tracking at airport facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Analyze and record data associated with maintenance processes, equipment, and airport facilities. * Supervise and keep inventory and material information updated in the corporate system. * Prepare monitoring reports, performance indicators, and charts (KPIs) for the maintenance service. * Support the preparation and review of procedures, technical manuals, and airport maintenance documentation. * Perform stock control, traceability, and documentation of material receipts and dispatches. * Coordinate task planning, incident logging, and communication of results with maintenance teams. * Participate in the continuous improvement of control processes, proposing measures to optimize resources. * Ensure compliance with the airport’s operational and environmental safety standards. **Required Profiles:** ------------------------- #### **Technical Coordinator Position:** * Qualification: **Aeronautical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.** * Minimum experience: **1 year in an airport environment**, conducting studies and analyses of services, procedures, and airport maintenance manuals. * Knowledge of **stock management, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel** (data analysis and charting). * Familiarity with maintenance management systems (Maximo 7\.6, SAP, Power BI) is desirable. #### **Support Technician Positions:** * Qualification: **Medium or Higher Vocational Training** in technical fields (Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics, Aeronautics, or similar). * Minimum experience: **1 year in an airport environment**, performing maintenance support tasks, stock control, and data analysis. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and advanced Excel** (data handling and charting). * Familiarity with maintenance management tools (Maximo, SAP) and airport procedures is desirable. **Common Requirements:** ----------------------- * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and technical writing proficiency. * Teamwork and results-oriented mindset. * Advanced knowledge of IT tools: **Excel**, **Power BI**, **SAP**, and **Maximo 7\.6**. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and technical writing proficiency. * Prior experience in airport maintenance projects and knowledge of operational safety regulations (AVSAF / SGSO) are desirable. **Languages:** ------------ English level B2 (spoken and written).
