Guidance to companies in interpreting energy balances. **Technical Support Specialist and Energy Consultant** We seek a technically specialized professional in the energy sector to serve as the primary point of support for companies participating in our industry-wide study. The core mission of this position is not proactive outreach, but rather to deliver high-quality reactive technical support to companies encountering difficulties while completing the questionnaire on our platform. The professional will be responsible for resolving complex technical questions, guiding companies in interpreting their energy consumption based on the latest energy balance for the services sector. **• Qualifications:** o University Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Energy, Electrical, Industrial, or Industrial Technologies), Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, or Bachelor’s degree in Economics with specialization in the Energy Sector. o Vocational Training: Higher Technician in Energy Efficiency and Thermal Solar Energy, or Higher Technician in Water and Energy Management. o Postgraduate Studies: Master’s degrees in Energy Auditing, Energy Markets, or Environmental Management in Organizations will be highly valued. **• Essential Knowledge:** o Regulations and Billing: Advanced understanding of electricity and gas billing structures (power terms, energy, tariffs, charges, and regulated components) under current CNMC regulations. o Data Analysis: Ability to interpret sectoral energy balances and handle energy consumption databases. o Systems in the Services Sector: In-depth knowledge of energy sources and typical equipment in the services sector (HVAC climate control systems, technical lighting, industrial refrigeration, and self-consumption/renewable solutions). **QUALIFICATIONS WE ACCEPT** University Degrees (Bachelor’s) • Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences (with energy specialization) • Vocational Training (Higher Technician) • Higher Technician in Energy Efficiency and Thermal Solar Energy • Higher Technician in Water and Energy Management • Postgraduate and Specialized Master’s Programs • Master’s in Renewable Energies and Energy Markets • Master’s in Energy Auditing • Master’s in Environmental and Energy Management in Organizations Job Type: Part-time Work Location: On-site employment
