Position Summary: We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist for luxury 4-5 star hotels who can deliver an exceptional welcome experience and impeccable service, managing check-in/check-out processes and coordinating with other departments. Proficiency in hotel management systems and a high level of English. **Job Description** Responsibilities would be those typical of this position in 4\-5 star hotels, as described below: \- The receptionist will be the hotel’s first impression for our guests, providing an exceptional welcome experience, personalized attention, and impeccable service consistent with luxury establishment standards. They will manage the full check\-in and check\-out process, address guest requests, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a memorable stay. **Functions and Responsibilities** \- Greet and welcome guests courteously, warmly, and professionally. \- Manage the registration (check\-in) and departure (check\-out) processes following established protocols. \- Adhere to procedures and checklists inherent to this position. \- Handle telephone calls and emails professionally, resolving inquiries and managing reservations. \- Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests. \- Operate the hotel property management system (PMS) to record data, payments, and preferences. \- Inform guests about hotel services, promotions, and local activities. \- Proactively resolve incidents with a focus on customer satisfaction. \- Comply with brand-established image and protocol standards. \- Ensure confidentiality and security of guest information. **Requirements** \- Minimum 1\-2 years’ experience in reception at 4- or 5-star hotels or luxury establishments. \- Excellent appearance, diction, and interpersonal skills. \- High level of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. \- Proficiency in hotel management systems (SIHOT, Opera, Protel, or others). \- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. \- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and service orientation.
