Account Manager (Portuguese)

We are looking for an account manager / webmaster for our Portuguese website. You will primarily interact with our Portuguese customers, managing sales and logistics. AW Artisan is a wholesale gift company headquartered in Málaga, with over 20 years of experience supplying wholesale gifts and manufacturing bathroom products, aromatherapy items, and home fragrances. **Job Description:** As the account administrator, you will be responsible for customer service and the entire sales process for the Portuguese and European markets. You will be required to manage the end-to-end sales process for both existing and new customers. It is your responsibility to respond to all emails, phone calls, and online chats from your customers and address their requests prior to completing sales. You will provide after-sales support and complete orders, invoices, and work sheets. You will also be asked to conduct marketing activities, create promotional offers, send emails, and run advertisements. You will be responsible for logistics. This includes processing shipments, which will be sent primarily to Portugal, its islands, and the rest of Europe, ensuring timely delivery using the most cost-effective shipping methods. You will be responsible for the website, including its updates and content writing. You will be asked to write product descriptions for new items. **Key Responsibilities:** * Efficiently manage the sales process. * Deliver excellent customer service to retain customers. * Respond effectively to emails, calls, and online chats while adhering to service level agreements. * Update the website, images, and content; write product descriptions. * Process orders and invoices, and prepare work sheets for warehouse staff. * Coordinate with courier services and prepare shipping labels. * Address and resolve any complaints or inquiries if issues with orders are identified. * Prepare and send marketing emails; update website banners. * Provide coverage during colleagues’ vacations and offer backup support for accounts in other countries. **Required Skills** Customer service experience. B2B sales experience. Knowledge of SEO and web content (not mandatory). Native-level Portuguese proficiency is mandatory; English and other languages are a plus. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Work type: On-site, full-time, permanent. Monthly performance-based incentives tied to sales targets. Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract. Salary: €1,725.00 per month.
