Event Organization Support
Assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events, weddings, conferences, etc.
Coordination with suppliers and internal departments (kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance).
Reservation Management and Customer Follow-up
Attending to customers interested in hosting events.
Preparing quotations and tracking commercial proposals.
Administrative and Support Tasks
Updating customer databases.
Preparing sales reports and event statistics.
Marketing and Promotion
Supporting digital marketing and social media campaigns.
Creating promotional content for events.
Customer Service
Answering calls and emails related to events.
Accompanying clients during events to ensure satisfaction.
Competitive Analysis and Trends
Conducting market research on similar events and services in the area.
Proposing improvements or innovations to the hotel’s event offerings.

Academic Qualifications:
\- Currently enrolled, preferably in the final year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism/Business Administration or a related Master’s program.
Specific Knowledge:
\- Intermediate to advanced level of English (spoken and written)
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
