The Market Manager will supervise a panel of Specialist Grocery Retail stores, aiming to strengthen relationships and enhance competencies and skills for selling our client’s product ecosystem—with a focus on increasing sales of premium-range products and associated items. And how will you do it? · Building and developing solid, trust-based relationships with retail partners to create the ideal store aligned with the client’s guidelines. · Monitoring, supervising, and implementing Visual Merchandising—including placement of POS materials—to improve product visibility. · Maintaining dedicated areas in terms of visual presentation, cleanliness, and correctness of implementation. · Delivering engaging and motivating training sessions to store staff, encouraging and stimulating their participation. These trainings may be conducted in-store or delivered via digital platforms. Their objective is to foster deep knowledge of the product and service portfolio offered by our client. · Encouraging partner and collaborator engagement through social media activities, e-learning initiatives, etc. · Coordinating the Product Advisors team, supervising their performance and KPIs, providing them with training, managing their onboarding process, and facilitating their integration. · Generating and managing accurate quantitative and qualitative reports that provide the client with relevant feedback and valuable insights—essential for business development. You won’t be alone—you’ll maintain constant communication and contact with Merchanservis’ headquarters in Barcelona. Requirements To become a Market Manager, it’s essential to have passion for technology and strong communication and sales skills. Ultimately, however, what matters most to us is your ability to connect with people. Additionally, it would be fantastic if: · You are curious and eager to learn. · You have experience in sales, training, and Visual Merchandising. · You are passionate about technology. · You hold a valid Spanish Class B driving license (and can actually drive!). · You’re enthusiastic about business-related travel. Working Conditions * Full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday * Flexible working hours * Company vehicle * Devices: mobile phone and laptop * Covered expenses: per diems, travel, accommodation * Annual remuneration: **€24,000 gross/year** (fixed + variable component based on KPIs) Requirements · Higher education degree · Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. · Proficiency in Spanish and English · Place of residence: Valencia · Valid EU driver’s license with at least 1 year of validity · Availability for nationwide travel Competencies Associated with the Role · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
