We are seeking a tractor operator to perform agricultural tasks on two farms: one in Baeza (Jaén) and another in Pueblonuevo de Bullaque (Ciudad Real). Tasks include land preparation, sowing, harvesting, transporting products, and maintaining the tractor and its implements. The selected candidate must be available to work at either location as required. This is a fixed-term discontinuous employment contract, full-time, with working hours from 8:00 to 15:00\. The monthly salary is 1\.479 euros. Hiring foreign workers is permitted. No specific prior experience is required, although familiarity with agricultural machinery is valued. This position involves fieldwork during crop seasons, with a commitment to continuity throughout each cultivation cycle.
