Job Summary: We are seeking a truck driver to transport and manage construction materials for civil and public works projects, ensuring vehicle safety and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Transporting materials and supervising loading and unloading at construction sites 2. Operating trucks in diverse environments and performing basic vehicle maintenance 3. Duties: * Transport construction materials (aggregates, soil, crushed stone, asphalt, concrete, etc.) between plant, quarry, and construction site. * Load materials and supervise proper weight distribution. * Unload materials at the construction site using the tipping system and following the supervisor’s instructions. * Drive the vehicle on and off-site, complying with traffic and safety regulations. * Maneuver the truck in confined spaces, ensuring personnel and machinery safety. * Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fluid levels, tires, lights, brakes, and hydraulic system). * Report incidents or malfunctions and assist with basic truck maintenance. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and on-site safety instructions. * Manage transportation documentation, delivery notes, and work reports. * Maintain the vehicle in appropriate conditions of cleanliness and usability.
