This posting aims to **strengthen our operational talent database**, considering future employment opportunities at our Process Plant. We seek **male and female operators** with experience in the following processes: CIP – CCD – Reagents, Elution – Merrill Crowe – Gold/Silver reagents, who wish to advance their careers in a challenging, high-standard operation. **Requirements** * Technical higher education degree in Metallurgy, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience). * More than 6 years of experience in gold/silver leaching plants, ideally in Elution, CIP, CCD or Merrill Crowe processes. * Handling of hazardous substances such as cyanide, caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, zinc dust and mercury. * Knowledge of plant equipment operation and hazardous substance handling. * Experience in mining operations and work at high altitude. * Availability for shift work. * Valid Class B driver's license (Class D desirable). **We Offer** * Join a world-class mining company * Competitive salary and attractive benefits * Professional development in a modern and sustainable operation At Gold Fields, we promote inclusive and diverse workplaces where all individuals can grow and contribute their talents. **Application Deadline: 8–18 May 2026**
