Comfortable with technology and figuring things out **Already living in Malaga and ready for something new?** We’re hiring for our client, a fast\-growing company working with tech and e\-commerce brands \& they’re looking for someone who’s not just “good with customers”… but who actually cares. **Responsibilities*** Help customers with everything from product onboarding to troubleshooting tech issues * Guide users through software, hardware \& IoT setups * Solve tricky cases * Communicate via phone \& email (mostly inbound) * Document cases and keep things structured **You'll be happy in this role if you:*** Actually enjoy helping people * Can stay calm when things get messy * Like figuring things out * Prefer a smaller, close\-knit team over a huge corporate setup * Want stability **Requirements** * Fluent in Norwegian (written \& spoken) * Good level of English (internal language) * Around 1\+ year experience in customer service/support * Already based in Malaga (or very close) * Comfortable with tech (you don’t need to be an expert, but not afraid of it either) **Benefits** * Base salary \+ possibility to earn monthly performance bonuses * Hybrid setup * Help with NIE number if needed * A stable role in a growing company
