Fresh products are essential both in food stores and for customers; therefore, you will be responsible for delivering the best service for these products—including product dramatization—to ensure customers receive the highest quality and freshness for their purchases. As a Fresh Products Professional in the FISHMONGER section, your main responsibilities will include: * Product cutting and dispatch. * Counter setup. * Stock replenishment to maintain section visual appeal. * Shrinkage control. * Product maintenance and promotion. * Section cleaning and hygiene. * Personalized customer orientation and advisory support for their purchases.
