Job Summary: An industrial painter is sought to apply technical coatings onto metal structures, protecting them from various factors and preparing surfaces. Key Responsibilities: 1. Surface preparation work for optimal adhesion An industrial painter (male or female) is sought to work in Avilés, Asturias. Duties include applying technical coatings such as epoxy, polyurethane, and fire-retardant coatings onto metal structures, protecting them against corrosion, moisture, chemicals, and extreme wear. Surface preparation tasks are also performed: cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and blasting to ensure proper paint adhesion. A Third-Class Skilled Worker qualification and at least twelve months of experience in industrial painting within the heavy boiler-making sector are required. A temporary contract is offered, with potential integration into permanent staff, full-time working hours, and salary according to the Metalworkers’ Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
