Job Summary: We are seeking a UX Functional Analyst to collaborate with a team serving a client in the technology services sector, translating user needs into functional requirements and defining the user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze business needs and translate user requirements. 2. Participate in defining user journeys, information architecture, and UX. 3. Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams. **Description:** ---------------- At Grupo Digital, we are looking for a **UX Functional Analyst** to join our team and collaborate with one of our clients in the technology services sector. **Conditions:** * Contract: Permanent * Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site) * Location: Barcelona, Sant Martí area * Schedule: Full-time * Salary: up to €35,000 gross/year, depending on experience **Your Responsibilities:** * Analyze business needs. * Translate real users' needs into clear functional requirements. * Define user stories, use cases, and functional flows. * Participate in defining user journeys, information architecture, and user experience. * Design and validate wireframes and prototypes (low/medium fidelity). * Collaborate closely with development and QA teams. * Participate in discovery, refinement, and validation sessions with business stakeholders. * Support functional testing (UAT), incident identification, and validation of fixes. * Ensure functional and UX consistency across application modules. * Contribute to continuous improvement of product usability and efficiency. * **Mandatory Requirements:** * 4–5 years of experience in functional analysis of complex applications. * Experience working directly with real end users. * Ability to document requirements clearly and systematically. * Experience collaborating with technical teams (development, QA). * Solid foundations in UX applied to digital products (user flows, usability, basic accessibility). * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar. * Advanced Catalan (mandatory). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in public administration projects. * Experience with products subject to heavy regulatory requirements, permissions, and role-based access. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Experience in change management or deployments. * Sensitivity to the social impact of the product. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Permanent contract or Freelance contract option * 22 working days of vacation per year * Flexible compensation plan: Health insurance, childcare vouchers, transportation vouchers * Training in Technology and Soft Skills * Referral program: €500 for each referred candidate who joins us **Grupo Digital** We are a technology consultancy headquartered in Madrid, specializing in IT staffing outsourcing, talent acquisition, and Talent-as-a-Service models, with a focus on major system integrators and companies in the financial and digital sectors.
