We have extensive experience executing energy and infrastructure projects and highly value the professionalism and commitment of our employees. **Job Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensive site supervision, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and applicable regulations. Key responsibilities include: * Supervising and controlling the execution of urban development and/or civil infrastructure projects, ensuring works are carried out correctly according to drawings and technical specifications. * Conducting periodic on-site inspections to verify progress, material quality, and proper application of construction techniques. * Proactively identifying and reporting any deviations, issues, or potential risks on site, proposing effective solutions. * Coordinating and supervising activities of various teams and subcontractors present on site. * Ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, continuously promoting a prevention-oriented culture. * Managing and controlling technical documentation for the project, including daily work reports, progress reports, quantity surveys, and certifications. * Collaborating closely with the site management team, engineering department, and other departments involved in the project. * Ensuring correct use and maintenance of equipment and machinery on site. * Maintaining fluent and effective communication with all project stakeholders. **Job Requirements:** We seek a professional with: * **Minimum Experience:** Over 5 years of demonstrable experience in construction supervision and monitoring of urban development and/or civil infrastructure projects. Experience in Spain of at least 2 years is especially valued. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid expertise in BIM modeling tools, specifically **Revit**, and in construction cost and budget management software such as **Presto**. * **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering (e.g., Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Roads, Canals and Ports Engineering, etc.). * **Languages:** Advanced **English** proficiency, both oral and written, to facilitate communication in an international environment. * **Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, organizational and planning skills, and leadership capability.
