




Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge to perform tasks including access control, equipment monitoring, mail management, and emergency support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Building access control 2. Equipment status monitoring 3. Mail management and incident assistance We are looking for a person to perform concierge duties in Oviedo. Basic computer knowledge and completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent will be valued. Main responsibilities will include building access control, monitoring the condition of condominium equipment, and mail management. Assisting with evacuations and providing support during incidents will also be important. A part-time schedule of 30 hours per week is offered, with a rotating shift from Monday to Sunday covering morning and afternoon shifts. The contract will be a vacation replacement contract.
