Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets in the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Lead kitchen staff and coordinate food orders * Supervise food preparation and cooking * Check plating and food temperature * Follow technical preparation specifications * Create kitchen staff shift schedules * Control waste * Place food and kitchen equipment supply orders when necessary * Train kitchen staff on preparation tasks and plating techniques * Store food following safety practices (e.g., in refrigerators) * Review weekly and monthly cost reports with the restaurant manager * Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen area **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in 4-star holiday hotels or all-inclusive resorts. * Experience managing buffets, high-volume cooking, and high-turnover service. * Experience managing multidisciplinary kitchen teams. * Knowledge of cost control, waste management, and inventory management. * Formal training in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or Kitchen Management. * Vocational Training (FP) at Intermediate or Advanced Level in Hospitality is desirable. * Training in HACCP, food handling, and food safety. * Training in cost management and team leadership is desirable.
