Job Summary: We are seeking recently graduated engineers with a passion for engineering to join our expanding team, where they will be trained as Construction Managers for medium- and low-voltage projects. We are currently expanding our Transport and Electrical Distribution division and looking for young talent like you to join our team. Prior experience is not required — only a passion for engineering, a learning mindset, and willingness to work collaboratively. You will receive training as a Construction Manager for medium- and low-voltage projects, supported at every step. You will be assigned a senior mentor to guide you, learn from experienced professionals, and participate in large-scale projects with reference clients. Requirements * Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. Main Responsibilities * Manage electrical construction projects under progressive supervision. * Perform site surveys and draft technical reports. * Manage direct contact with installation contractors. * Carry out electronic certification and legalization of projects. * Develop expertise in electrical regulations (REBT, ITC). * Progress toward full autonomy in construction management.
