




Job Summary: We are seeking an office professional to provide customer service, manage reservations, and coordinate activities in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. In-person customer service 2. End-to-end reservation and tour management 3. Coordination of multiple activities and collaborators We are currently looking to hire a person for an office position with the following conditions: **Schedule and Working Hours:** Full-time, 40 hours per week Distributed over 5 days of 8 hours each (Monday to Sunday) Two consecutive days off (currently scheduled midweek) **Seasonal Schedules:** **Summer** (opening hours from 08:00 to 20:30): 3 days from 12:30 to 20:30 2 days from 10:00 to 18:00 **Winter** (late October to late April – opening hours from 08:00 to 18:00): 5 days from 10:00 to 18:00 **Main Responsibilities:** In-person customer service Reservation management (phone, WhatsApp, and email) Use of FareHarbor and Google Calendar systems Tour organization Customer check-in Coordination and monitoring of pickups Management of multiple activities, collaborators, OTAs, and tour operators **Requirements:** Intermediate/advanced level of English (mandatory due to interaction with international customers) Additional languages are valued Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high workloads Friendly and professional customer interaction This is an on-site position in Costa Teguise.
