Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a **Kitchen Assistant** for the Kitchen Department, whose primary mission will be to support the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in basic food preparation and cooking under supervision of responsible staff. * Perform mise en place tasks as instructed by the kitchen manager. * Collaborate in receiving, storing, and preserving raw materials. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and sanitation in work areas, utensils, and equipment. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. * Support service operations to ensure efficiency and proper execution of assigned tasks. * Report operational incidents to the direct supervisor. * Participate in internal training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives within the department. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant. * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. * Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. * Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations. * Interest in learning and professional development in the culinary field. **We Offer:** * Joining a strong and growing hotel chain. * Positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
