Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for sample transportation, hospital logistics management, and inter-departmental coordination, including waste control and operational support. Waste control and operational support to departments RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Internal transportation of samples and documentation** Collection and transfer of biological samples, metabolic tests, clinical documentation, and medical supplies among different centers and departments. * **Hospital logistics management** Distribution of surgical materials, pharmaceuticals (unit-dose packaging), and supplies, as well as support in replenishment and movement of logistics carts. * **Inter-service and inter-center coordination** Handling internal calls (especially from operating rooms) and managing urgent transfers of materials, samples, or personnel between hospitals. * **Waste control and management** Collection, classification, and removal of waste; recycling (cardboard, cages, bins); and supervision of proper labeling. * **Operational support to various departments** Collaboration with laboratory, pharmacy, admissions, anatomy, and administration in logistical and organizational tasks. * **External route and service management** Transfers to other centers (including external hospitals) and management of scheduled pickups/deliveries, such as weekly routes. REQUIREMENTS: * Interim contract (until 09/30/2026\) * Afternoon shift: 13:00–21:00 * Prior experience in delivery services. * Valid driver’s license.
