Injection Mold Changer **Job Location:** Les Franqueses **Publication Start Date:** 21/7/26 At Fluidra, a global leader in the swimming pool and wellness sector, we are seeking an Injection Mold Changer Technician to join our Production and Maintenance team at our La Garriga / Les Franqueses del Vallès facilities. Your Role On a daily basis, you will be a key contributor to ensuring continuous and efficient production flow: **Mold Adjustment and Change:** You will perform mold changes and adjustments on injection molding machines, as well as material and color changes. **Process Setup:** You will adjust injection process parameters to ensure compliance with technical specifications. **Equipment and Peripherals:** You will install necessary auxiliary equipment, workbenches, and peripherals on the production line. **Autonomous Maintenance & 5S:** You will carry out basic lubrication, inspection, and upkeep tasks on injection molding machines, following 5S and SMED standards. **Continuous Improvement:** You will propose optimization ideas to reduce changeover times and increase plant efficiency. **Safety and Environment:** You will ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS), quality, and environmental regulations. What We Are Looking For? (Your Profile) **Education:** Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle (Machining, Industrial Maintenance, Plastics) or demonstrable experience in a similar role. **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of prior experience performing mold changes and process adjustments in plastic injection molding. **Valuable Knowledge:** Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (5S, SMED, TPM) and autonomous maintenance. **Attitude:** Proactivity, teamwork, and commitment to safety and operational excellence.
