Temporary contract with potential for permanent employment and rotating shifts. We are looking for a production line operator for prefabricated components in Cabezón de Pisuerga. Prior experience in industrial or construction environments is required, demonstrating physical work capability and tool-handling proficiency. Main responsibilities include handling large-sized components for building construction and civil engineering projects, as well as using manual and electric tools, in an environment where dust may be present. The ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions is essential. Experience in construction, masonry, or the industrial sector will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with forklifts and training in overhead crane operation will be viewed positively, although they are not mandatory. Availability to work rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and occasionally night shifts—is essential. We seek a responsible, committed individual with a proactive attitude. A temporary contract of 4 months is offered, with possible extension up to 1 year and prospects for permanent employment. Working hours are from Monday to Friday on rotating shifts. Occasional Saturday or Sunday work may be required. Previous experience in construction, masonry, or the industrial sector. Availability to work rotating shifts.
