If you are passionate about agriculture, possess specialized knowledge of phytosanitary products, and have experience selling and advising on primary-sector products, this is your opportunity! **Job Mission:** The selected candidate will be responsible for customer service, store management, and technical advice on phytosanitary products, animal feed, milking equipment, and animal nutrition. We seek a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a deep commitment to the agricultural sector and its needs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing personalized attention and advisory services to farmers and livestock breeders, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs. * Managing and controlling stock of phytosanitary products, animal feed, milking equipment, and other store items. * Receiving and shelving goods, ensuring proper warehouse organization. * Delivering technical advice on the use and application of phytosanitary products, in compliance with current regulations. * Selling and promoting products, achieving established commercial targets. * Handling cash register and POS systems, performing payments and invoicing. * Maintaining and cleaning store facilities. * Identifying sales opportunities and improving customer service. * Collaborating in organizing events or training sessions related to the sector. * Staying up-to-date on market developments and agricultural sector trends. **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in agricultural stores or cooperatives. * Solid knowledge of phytosanitary products (herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, etc.) and their correct application. * Experience and knowledge of animal feed, animal nutrition, and livestock feeding. * Familiarity with milking equipment and supplies. * Ability to provide technical advice and resolve customer issues. * Inventory management and stock control capabilities. * Customer orientation and service vocation. * Organized, responsible individual capable of working autonomously. * Availability for full-time work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Vocational training in agriculture, livestock farming, agroecology, or related fields. * Phytosanitary product applicator license. * Knowledge of livestock and agricultural farm management. * Commercial and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite). * Residence in the area or nearby vicinity. **What We Offer:** * Integration into an established cooperative with strong roots in the sector. * Stable, full-time employment contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Professional development opportunities within a dynamic and continuously growing environment. * Continuous training to stay current with the latest sector innovations. * A collaborative and family-like work environment.
