Job Summary We’re looking for a Senior FP\&A Analyst to join our Central FP\&A team in Mallorca within the Finance Department. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to the business, driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision\-making, and helping shape the future performance of our diverse and growing organization. Job Description As a Senior FP\&A Analyst, you will play a central role in analyzing financial performance across multiple business units and identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll work closely with cross\-functional teams and senior management, providing clarity, structure, and actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:* Conducting deviation and profitability analysis across business units, channels, and customers to identify improvement opportunities. * Developing and preparing Business Unit budgets and forecasts. * Highlighting under\- and over\-performance, understanding root causes, recommending solutions, and evaluating future financial impact. * Preparing key presentations and analysis to support Top Management and Board\-level discussions. * Building financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and delivering analytical support to strategic initiatives. Skillset \& Experience Required We know great talent can come from a variety of backgrounds. If you believe you’re a strong match for most of the points below, we encourage you to apply.* 2\+ years of experience in consulting, audit, or FP\&A—ideally in a multinational environment. * Strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. * Ability to interpret financial and operational data, synthesize insights, and provide clear recommendations to support decision\-making. * Demonstrated experience in building accurate financial models and assessing business scenarios. * Familiarity with HFM and BI tools is a plus. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must. * Advanced Fluency in English is a must *At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
