Our swimming team offers two distinct aquatic activities: the Swimming School and the Mermaid Academy, where young participants transform into mermaids, sharks, or dolphins and explore the magic treasures of Oceania. Visit our website to learn more about our offerings. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for Swim Instructors based in Mallorca. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for conducting swim lessons, mermaiding lessons, baby swimming lessons, and baby aqua fitness sessions in accordance with the Wonderfin methodology and philosophy. The role requires ensuring the safety of all guests at all times, while delivering excellent customer service. The Swim Instructor will also promote Wonderfin's services to guests, assist them with booking their lessons, implement the swimming programme, and manage swimming\-related equipment. **Qualifications** * Swim instruction and swim lesson skills * Strong swimming and aquatics abilities * Knowledge of pool safety * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Certifications in CPR/First Aid, Lifeguarding, and Water Safety Instruction (preferred) * Prior experience teaching swim lessons * Ability to work well in a team environment **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive salary plus performance\-based bonus * Accommodation provided * Meals included * Full training in the Wonderfin approach, philosophy, and methodology Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
