As a **Kitchen Assistant**, your mission will be to support the kitchen team, following the chef's instructions and preparing food according to HIPOTELS standards. ***What will be your duties and responsibilities?*** * Strictly comply with workplace safety, hygiene, and health regulations * Participate autonomously and responsibly in food and beverage sales service * Deliver correct and professional service at all times * Participate autonomously and responsibly in kitchen preparations under supervision * Clean utensils and store them in their designated locations * Perform basic preparations (washing, peeling, cutting, weighing food), as well as any other tasks related to culinary preparations assigned to you * Assist in buffet setup and breakdown * Place products in their corresponding storage locations * Collaborate with the cook in preparing meals for hotel staff * Prepare dishes for which you have received appropriate training * Maintain the buffet area clean and orderly REQUIREMENTS ***You are the perfect candidate if...*** * You have 1 year of experience in the same position * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety, as well as culinary techniques, will be valued
