Comprehensive management of the dining room department We are seeking a Deputy Head of Dining Room to strengthen our Dining Room team at Sa Punta Restaurant Mallorca during the season. Your mission will be to support the Head of Dining Room in managing, organizing, and supervising the department’s operations, ensuring smooth service delivery. Additionally, you will guarantee an excellent customer experience through team coordination, direct customer interaction, and professional, personalized advice. What will you do upon joining the team? * Support all departmental operations. * Prepare and supervise work areas prior to service. * Provide direct customer service for beverage and food consumption. * Monitor and inspect goods and equipment used within the section. * Coordinate and supervise tasks specific to your area’s activities. * Inform and advise customers on the composition and preparation of available products. * Handle customer complaints. * Invoice and collect payments from customers.
