Every smile tells a story, and we want you to be part of the new stories yet to come. **ABOUT THE POSITION** We are seeking a passionate **Dentist** who sees not just a job, but an opportunity to change lives through exceptional dental care, **in residential and home settings**. **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a dentist at LuraCare, you will carry out your clinical work in a non-traditional yet highly specialized environment, focused on ensuring comprehensive and tailored dental care for elderly and dependent individuals. Your schedule will be based on a pre-planned agenda set by our coordination team. You will treat between 6 and 10 patients per day in one or multiple residential centers, depending on your assigned area. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** ● Complete clinical assessments ● Diagnosis and treatment planning, prioritizing conservative and preventive procedures, adapting the clinical approach to the patient's physical and cognitive condition. ● Restorative and conservative dental treatments ● Basic periodontal treatments ● Management of common pathologies ● Oral health education for caregivers and family members, providing guidance on daily oral hygiene maintenance for dependent patients. ● Working with portable equipment designed for home-based practice. You will maintain constant coordination with LuraCare’s clinical team and have access to standardized protocols, digital record forms, and technical and logistical support to ensure your work is efficient and focused on quality care.
