We are looking to welcome a NURSE to our Occupational Health Surveillance team who shares this mission and wishes to become the close, trusted face of our purpose in MALLORCA. Your goal will be to become the pillar of trust for workers' health, promoting healthy habits and proactively identifying any needs. What will your day-to-day look like? * Be the human face of health: You will conduct occupational health examinations (both at our fixed/contracted centers and in mobile units). * Deliver clinical value: You will provide contracted medical services for client companies in Santa Cruz de Tenerife by performing health assessments and subsequently preparing the corresponding health examination reports. * Be a wellbeing promoter: You will advise, educate, and inspire individuals through training activities related to your role, encouraging healthier lifestyles. * Move with purpose: You will actively travel across our centers and client facilities (using our mobile unit or your own vehicle if one is not provided) to bring health where it is needed. Requirements This role is for you if... * Your vocation is your compass: You hold, of course, a Nursing degree. But most importantly, you possess an innate passion for caring for people. * You are genuinely "people-first": You know how to create a safe and trusting environment. * You are proactive and solution-oriented: You organize yourself autonomously, manage your time effectively, and contribute solutions to improve service delivery. * You embrace mobility: You are willing to travel to conduct health assessments (thus, a valid Class B driver's license and your own vehicle are essential). * You are a team player: You will collaborate with other healthcare and technical staff to deliver integrated solutions.
