Be Yourself – Lead Yourself – Make it Count What is the job about? You will support all aspects related to cleaning guest rooms and common areas of the hotel. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager. Your day\-to\-day responsibilities * Carry out cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, ensuring they are always cleaned according to brand standards and properly presented and maintained. * Report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and on guest floors. * Pay attention to and notify any incidents reported by guests. * Ensure high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel, including common areas. * Ensure all cleaning supplies are handled correctly and comply with established Safety and Hygiene standards. What do we expect from you? * Prior hotel cleaning experience. * Positive, proactive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic attitude with strong teamwork skills and passion for service.
