This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this distinction for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a vacancy for a **Port Operations Agent** at our headquarters in **Alcudia**, and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Monitoring the capacity of various cargo holds on each vessel and the license plates of vehicles scheduled for boarding, ensuring proper access control, and reporting any deviations from the established schedule to the office. * Managing vehicle loading and unloading operations on the embarkation and disembarkation ramps, following established protocols and supporting the mobility of those who require it. * Reviewing vehicle reservations to verify that data has been correctly entered into the system. * Monitoring traffic flow in pre-embarkation and embarkation areas to facilitate the movement of trucks, passenger cars, and passengers, while ensuring the safety of staff and customers. * Checking boarding cards to ensure reservations are accurate and scanning them using various devices. * Performing auxiliary administrative and operational tasks related to the activity. ### **What do we offer you?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
