If you are motivated to work on impactful projects, grow professionally, and add value based on your experience, **this is the right place for you**. **Your Mission** As a **Data Analyst**, your mission will be to **extract, process, and analyze large volumes of data to generate actionable insights**, contributing to business and people development, and aligning your work with the company’s strategy. **What Will You Do Daily?** * **Dashboard Design and Maintenance:** Create and optimize interactive visualizations enabling stakeholders to monitor key KPIs in real time. * **Exploratory Analysis:** Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to answer complex business questions. * **Data Quality and Cleansing:** Ensure data integrity through cleansing (data cleansing) and continuous validation processes. * **Cross\-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Product, Marketing, or Sales teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support. * **Report Automation:** Optimize recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or other analytically intensive disciplines. * **Experience:** 2–4 years of prior experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in **SQL**, data visualization tools (**Tableau, Power BI, Looker**), and **Python** for statistical analysis. * **Languages:** English at B2/C1 level (ability to work effectively in international environments). * **Other Requirements:** Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. **Highly Valued** * **Business Mindset:** Ability to go beyond numbers and propose strategic recommendations. * **Agile Methodologies:** Experience working in Scrum or Kanban frameworks. **What We Offer** * A stable project aligned with your experience. * Permanent contract. * Hybrid work model. * Flexible working hours. * Recognition program “3 C’s” (Commitment, Communication, Customer Orientation), including monetary incentives for winners. * Career development plan and continuous training.
