We seek tractor operators to carry out mechanized agricultural tasks through the safe and efficient operation of tractors and agricultural machinery according to the technical crop plan, ensuring equipment remains in good condition and established agricultural practices are followed. A permanent contract is offered. \- Operation of mobile agricultural machinery. \- Perform tasks such as plowing, subsoiling, leveling, sowing, applying fertilizers and phytosanitary products, clearing vegetation, or harvesting. \- Prepare and inspect machinery before use. \- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and occupational safety standards. * Experience: 1 year. Prior experience in operating agricultural machinery is required, as well as an Advanced-Level Phytosanitary Applicator License. * Competencies / Knowledge: Advanced-Level Phytosanitary Applicator License * Driving License: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1850' to '2150' * Other relevant information: Weekend work is required during the harvest season
