We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Procurement Category Manager – Direct Spend** to lead our strategic sourcing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** In this role, you will be expected to:* **CMO Strategy \& Management:** Define and implement, alongside internal stakeholders, the strategy and active management for the **CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organizations)** category and its associated suppliers. * **Sourcing \& Performance:** Identify, select, and qualify potential new suppliers while actively managing the performance levels of the existing supplier base. * **Supplier Pool Optimization:** Maintain an optimal supplier pool, reducing complexity and increasing value contribution. Regularly seek **process standardization** and drive continuous improvement. * **Market Analysis \& Outsourcing:** Maximize the supply market's contribution to business goals. Conduct market outsourcing, identifying opportunities and risks through a broad vision of the **supply chain and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)**. * **Budget Management:** Execute the procurement budget for the assigned category, including meticulous tracking and periodic reviews. * **Legal \& Negotiation:** Lead negotiation processes and the closing of commercial and supply agreements, working closely with the **Legal department** and adhering to established company policies. ### **VIEW DETAILS** Type of contract: Permanent job ### **SKILLS REQUIRED** **Requirements: You'll excel if you have...*** **Experience:** A minimum of **2 years** in a similar role with deep knowledge of the market, products, and suppliers. * **Technical Expertise:** Proven experience in negotiating **Supply Agreements**, as well as procurement of **Packaging and Raw Materials (MMPP)**. * **Operational Knowledge:** Solid understanding of **manufacturing processes** and experience in **team management**. * **Tools \& Methodologies:** Proficiency in **Excel, SAP, and Lean Methodologies**. * **Education:** Specific training/certification in **Procurement** or Supply Chain Management. * **Languages:** A **high level of English** is essential for this role.
