If you believe this is your opportunity, keep reading! **Responsibilities:** * Supervise material receipt, verifying conformity and correctly placing items into stock. * Register and manage material receipts using SAP, as well as create and maintain new item references with their corresponding locations. * Continuously monitor and update inventories to ensure accuracy of available stock. * Manage technical and safety documentation associated with received materials. \- 50% warehouse duties \- 50% office duties). **What We Offer?** Permanent contract (30 hours/week) with direct integration into the company’s permanent staff. Working hours: Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 to 14:00 or from 9:00 to 15:00. Salary: €19,000 gross per year (30 hours/week). **Requirements:** --------------- Vocational training (FP1, FP2) in Administration. SAP knowledge is highly desirable. Experience and knowledge of industrial materials (hardware, electrical, mechanical) are highly valued. Personal vehicle is mandatory.
