Coordination with international suppliers and customers We are looking for a candidate to provide full administrative support in logistics for a project in Valls, requiring a high workload and full dedication. This role is essential to ensure the smooth flow of information and materials among suppliers, the company, and the customer, thereby guaranteeing supply chain efficiency. Daily tasks will be conducted entirely in English due to the international client base. Responsibilities include reviewing shipments, planning and tracking customer requirements, managing communications with customers, and coordinating with suppliers. The role also involves managing logistics and administrative documentation related to the project, overseeing the entire process from supplier to customer, and resolving incidents. Work will be performed 100% on-site in the office. This is a temporary contract until the end of May 2026, with a possible extension subject to project progress. Prior experience in logistics administration, supply chain, or industrial customer service is required, along with fluent spoken and written English. Strong organizational skills, excellent planning ability, and a holistic perspective are essential. Proficiency in office software and experience in the automotive sector or industrial environments will be considered an advantage.
