#### **Role Definition**
The selected candidate will provide operational support to the People department in the daily management of labor and administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle: hiring, termination, employment contracts, contractual modifications, payroll incidents, employment documentation, occupational health and safety (OHS), and resolution of internal inquiries.
This is a support role, but with a defined growth trajectory toward a more autonomous technical position within the HR labor area.
#### **Your Responsibilities**
* Personnel administration and employment contracting
+ Manage and prepare employment documentation related to onboarding, contractual modifications, extensions, terminations, working hour changes, annexes, and other documents associated with the employment relationship.
+ Manage affiliation and contribution files with Social Security.
+ Maintain up-to-date employment documentation for employees in internal management tools.
+ Verify that documentation is complete, properly archived, and available when needed.
* Payroll and labor incidents
+ Support the monthly preparation of payroll variables: absences, medical leaves, working hour changes, allowances, vacations, time-related incidents, or other variables.
+ Review payroll drafts or information, identifying possible errors or inconsistencies before payroll closure.
+ Address initial employee inquiries regarding payroll, contracts, vacations, absences, or employment documentation, escalating as appropriate.
* Labor relations and regulatory compliance
+ Support the application of collective bargaining agreements, internal labor criteria, and People department procedures.
+ Collaborate in preparing documentation related to leave requests, sabbaticals, reduced working hours, voluntary resignations, contract terminations, and other labor processes.
+ Support the collection of information for audits, inspections, mandatory records, or internal requirements.
+ Maintain a mindset of continuous learning regarding labor regulations, collective agreements, and internal application criteria.
* Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
+ Coordinate basic OHS documentation: platform registrations, medical examinations, mandatory training, delivery of preventive documentation, and tracking of certificates.
+ Support coordination with external prevention services.
+ Track expiration dates, records, and pending documentation.
+ Collaborate in organizing mandatory OHS-related training.
* General support to the People department
+ Collaborate on administrative and support tasks for the department: archiving, reporting, database updates, document preparation, process tracking, and internal communication.
+ Provide ad-hoc support in recruitment, onboarding, training, equality, diversity, employee engagement, or internal communication, as required by departmental needs.
+ Contribute to improving and streamlining internal HR processes.
* Other responsibilities
+ Preparation of contracts, annexes, and employment documentation.
+ Review of payroll variables.
+ Registration and tracking of absences, leave requests, and medical leaves.
+ Document archiving in Personio or other internal tools.
+ Resolution of straightforward labor-related inquiries.
+ Coordination of OHS documentation.
+ Registration of employees in platforms related to training, OHS, or internal management.
+ Tracking of contractual expiration dates or pending documentation.
+ Support in internal reporting for the People department.
#### **Your Profile**
ESSENTIAL
* Degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration and Finance, or a related field.
* **1–2 years** of experience in labor consultancy, advisory services, labor departments, or HR areas involving payroll, employment contracting, and personnel administration.
* Basic knowledge of labor contracting, Social Security, payroll, and labor regulations.
* Interest in developing a career in the HR labor area.
* Proficiency in Excel and digital management tools.
* Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive documentation.
* Availability to work onsite in Sant Cugat, with a hybrid model allowing two days of remote work per week.
* Fluent Catalan and Spanish.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
* Prior experience in labor consultancy.
* Familiarity with A3 innuva, Personio, or other labor and people management tools.
* Basic knowledge of OHS.
* Experience in social organizations, companies with diverse workforces, or environments particularly sensitive to inclusion.
