**Position:**

We are currently seeking a **Technical Office and Projects Technician**, who will join the **Technical Office department**, within the **Maintenance Department**.
### **YOUR MISSION:**
Under the supervision of the Technical Office Manager, prepare and update technical, graphical, and legal documentation (drawings, layouts, schematics, and associated documentation) for facilities and installations, as well as monitor and control project execution in collaboration with the Facilities team and external contractors, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
### **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Prepare drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for buildings and installations based on future projects involving expansion, modification, and/or adaptation.
* Prepare technical reports, measurements, and documentation for adaptation or expansion projects.
* Support planning and documentary tracking of future projects.
* Maintain up-to-date and organized technical documentation ("as-built" drawings, schematics, technical files, legalizations, etc.).
* Support preparation of documentation for licenses, legalizations, and administrative procedures.
* Graphically represent space modifications and redistributions defined by the Technical Office.
* Support document management for projects (version control, archiving, traceability).
* Collaborate with Facilities in preparing technical documentation prior to fieldwork execution.
* Collect and organize technical documentation from suppliers and installations.
* Support audits (GMP, legal, quality) at the documentary level.
* Apply department-defined documentation standards to all drawings and documentation produced.
**Requirements:**

**DESIRED PROFILE:**
Academic background: Minimum Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Building Projects or equivalent; Technical Architecture or Building Engineering degrees are highly valued.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills and attributes:
* Ability to interpret drawings and installations.
* Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM software, SketchUp and/or similar).
* Valued: Microsoft Project, ProjectLibre, GanttProject.
* Organizational skills and documentary rigor.
