Position Summary: We are seeking a technical professional to design and supervise commercial-industrial refrigeration installations, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Backed by a highly qualified technical team, IIDD focuses on **operational efficiency, installation reliability, and proximity to the customer**, reinforcing its position within an **international group that leads in cold and HVAC solutions**. * Currently, we are looking for a technical professional tasked with designing and supervising commercial\-industrial refrigeration installations—from the initial feasibility study through execution and final commissioning—ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines and budgets, and proper system functionality **Main Responsibilities** * Calculation, design, and sizing of refrigeration installations. Analyzing various technical alternatives to propose the most efficient and technically appropriate solution. * Preparation of technical\-economic proposals and budgets, ensuring consistency among technical solution, costs, timelines, and compliance with current regulations. * Analysis of direct and indirect project costs. * Planning and technical, economic, and time-based supervision of construction works, coordinated with site managers, coordinators, etc. * Monitoring construction progress and controlling deviations. * Managing selection and procurement of equipment, materials, and auxiliary resources. * Post\-construction follow\-up and resolution of incidents. **Job Requirements:** * Experience of \+ 2 years in a contracting company in the design\-execution of commercial refrigeration (supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc.) and industrial refrigeration installations. * Willingness to travel between group branches. * Valid driver's license. **Required Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical specialization) or related fields. * Specific training in industrial and/or commercial refrigeration. * Proficiency in office software and AUTOCAD at an advanced user level.
