Responsibilities * Perform maintenance tasks and ensure work quality. * Guarantee the proper functioning and condition of the entire hotel. * Routinely inspect the operation of technical equipment and facilities. * Identify and report possible anomalies or risks to direct supervisors. * Ensure order and cleanliness in technical work areas, as well as in shared areas across departments. * Assist direct supervisors in urgent interventions or those involving external service providers. * Carry out tasks while complying with environmental regulations, quality standards, and occupational risk prevention requirements. * Comply with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ensure implementation of the care program, sustainability policy, and Integrated Management System (IMS), actively engaging all employees to drive continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For * Mandatory experience in electricity and/or plumbing work. * Proficiency in using technological tools. * We seek a team-oriented individual with initiative, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills.
