We are seeking a bakery assistant for a bakery specializing in artisanal bread, specialty breads, pastries, and traditional confectionery, for both distribution and direct retail sales. The position is located in La Puebla de Alfindén, Zaragoza. Main responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of doughs and bakery products, performing tasks such as weighing, kneading, dividing, and shaping loaves according to workshop instructions. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading products into fermentation chambers and ovens, as well as packaging, labeling, and preparing orders. Additionally, you must carry out cleaning and maintenance of tools, machinery, and facilities, and monitor the replenishment of raw materials. Candidates must be physically fit and able to stand for the duration of the shift, available for night shifts (starting at 11:00 PM), and capable of working effectively in a team. Having a personal vehicle, formal training in baking or food industry-related fields, and a food handler’s certificate are considered advantageous. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with a 40-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Saturday, immediate start, and salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
