Job Summary: We are seeking a welding specialist to provide technical advice, software installations, demonstrations and training, and customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Onboarding plan and ongoing support for your professional development. **We are hiring!** At Fronius Spain, we offer a career opportunity in the welding field. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Provide technical advice on welding applications. * Install and update Fronius software. * Organize and conduct welding demonstrations and training sessions. * Organize, perform, and document test welds. * Provide services such as commissioning of welding systems, specialized training, production start-up, etc. * Create specific welding parameters for each application. * Participate in trade fairs and provide support at national events. * Relay market and customer feedback. * Support system configuration during preparation of quotations for complex systems. * Collaborate on storage of demonstration and rental equipment. * Respond to technical customer inquiries via phone, email, or remote access. * Assist in selecting consumables, torches, and accessories for manual or robotic welding. * Develop user guides and training materials for customers and colleagues. **What are we looking for?** **Education and Experience** --------------------------- * Vocational Training Level 2 – Higher Vocational Training in Metal Structures, or Vocational Training Level 1 – Intermediate Vocational Training in Welding and Boiler Making. * European Welding Specialist qualification (IWE, IWT, IWS) is desirable. * Presentation skills. * Computer literacy. * Valid driver’s license. * More than 3 years of experience in a similar position. **Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------- * Customer-oriented attitude. * Willingness to undergo continuous training. * Teamwork capability and willingness to share knowledge with others. * Cost awareness. * Flexibility (adjustable schedules and tasks according to customer needs). * Willingness to travel. **Languages** ----------- * Native-level Spanish. * English B2. **What do we offer?** As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on numerous projects and develop your skills within a multinational, dynamic, and stimulating environment—while maintaining a friendly and close-knit atmosphere.
