




Job Summary: We are seeking a production administrative assistant to ensure smooth information flow and operational efficiency in daily data and process management, including production control, inventory and procurement management, and logistics documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage information flow between production and administrative departments 2. Production, inventory, and procurement control 3. Proficiency in Excel and office software We need a person to perform administrative tasks within the production area. Your primary role will be to ensure consistent and efficient information exchange between the production department and administrative areas, maintaining operational effectiveness in daily data and process management. Responsibilities will include production control, accurately entering daily data into Excel spreadsheets. You will also manage inventory by updating and tracking stock counts to maintain clear visibility of available resources. Additionally, you will handle procurement by issuing necessary purchase orders to suppliers, as well as managing all logistics documentation, including invoices and delivery notes. Strong Excel skills are required, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting. Prior experience in administrative roles—preferably in production or logistics—is important. Attention to detail is essential for handling numerical data accurately. Completion of Compulsory Secondary Education is required. Proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, data management). Prior experience in administrative management, preferably in production or logistics. Ease of use with office software. Attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data.
