Reporting to the Key Account Sales Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring achievement of the sales plan for assigned Corporate accounts, aligned with defined strategic and operational objectives. Additionally, they will oversee the quality of commercial administration processes, ensuring optimal service delivery to both internal and external customers. They will serve as the primary point of contact across all Jungheinrich sales and service areas, driving cross-selling within their assigned accounts—requiring high availability for nationwide travel, approximately 60% of the time. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Define and execute short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans with a 360° business perspective for assigned customers, in line with Commercial Management’s objectives and Group guidelines (IKAM). Ensure implementation of action plans defined during monthly sales meetings and activity review sessions with the Key Account Sales Manager. Deliver consultative selling across all business lines, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and effective internal coordination with relevant departments. Prepare corporate and product presentations to deliver high-quality advisory services (e.g., demos, presentations, incident resolution). Ensure Market Penetration Contact (Target: 100%), develop and strengthen relationships with assigned customers through regular visits to all sites and engagement with key stakeholders (e.g., buyers, specifiers, logistics managers). Proactively manage commercial activity KPIs, correct deviations, and ensure appropriate development of each account. Guarantee compliance with Group guidelines (Standards & Rules) in daily account management. Strictly adhere to the Commercial Reporting policy, ensuring accurate and timely updates of information in C4C (CRM). Requirements * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Commerce and Marketing or equivalent qualification (University Degree in Business Administration or similar is desirable). * Prior experience leading major accounts (minimum 5 years). * Advanced English proficiency (minimum CEFR B2 level). * Strong negotiation skills, customer orientation, results orientation, and strategic thinking. * Willingness and ability to travel nationally (>60%).
