Basic administrative support tasks for the center A private regulated training center is selecting an administrative assistant to support the day-to-day operational management of the center. The selected candidate will provide direct administrative support to teaching activities—including student follow-up, academic documentation management, and data processing—without assuming any teaching functions or academic evaluation responsibilities. The workplace is located in Botarell, with one weekly on-site day in Reus for documentation management and archiving. \- Monitoring and recording student attendance. \- Collecting, registering, and archiving absence justifications. \- Printing, distributing, and collecting exams and other assessments. \- Transcribing multiple-choice exam answers according to templates provided by teaching staff. \- Entering and transcribing results into Excel spreadsheets and tracking documents. \- Archiving exams and academic documentation in individual student files. \- Preparing and transporting documentation weekly between the Botarell location and the Reus offices. \- Other basic administrative support tasks for center operations. (No teaching duties, academic evaluation, or decision-making responsibilities) * Experience: 0 months. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: User-level computer skills and proficiency with standard office applications (Excel and Word), attention to detail in repetitive tasks and data verification, responsibility in handling personal data, etc. * Vehicle availability: * Driver's license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Full-time schedule on an annual basis. Teaching period: up to 8 hours per day, depending on service needs. Non-teaching period: reduced working hours via days off or shortened schedules.
